Ospedaletto Lodigiano is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Lodi in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 45 km southeast of Milan and about 14 km southeast of Lodi. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,694 and an area of 8.5 km².[1]
