Osmar Mares Martinez (born May 8, 1987 in Torreón) is a Mexican footballer. He currently plays for Santos Laguna.
Mares has been capped for the Mexican national team at the U-20 level, and played in the 2007 FIFA U-20 World Cup held in Canada. He scored one goal in the match against New Zealand.
