Osek (German: Wosek) is a village and municipality (obec) in Písek District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 5.29 square kilometres (2.04 sq mi), and has a population of 117 (as at 2005).
Osek lies approximately 20 kilometres (12 mi) north-east of Písek, 54 km (34 mi) north of České Budějovice, and 72 km (45 mi) south of Prague.
