Orson is a municipality in Preston Township, Wayne County, Pennsylvania, United States. Although a sign on route 370 identifies the municipality as the "Village of Orson," its official designation is as an unincorporated community.
Orson is centered around the intersection of routes 370 and 670, the latter of which is locally known as Oxbow Road, with both the Orson Country Inn and the Orson Corners Veterinary Clinic located within sight of the intersection. Orson is also home to the summer camp Independent Lake Camp.[2] In addition, a stretch of the Rails to Trails[3] right of way runs through the community. There are between 41 and 57 households, depending on how the borders of the community are defined.
