Shay-Oren Smadja (Hebrew: אורן סמדג'ה, born June 20, 1970 in Ofakim, Israel) is an Israeli judoka.
He won the Olympic bronze medal in the under 71 category at the 1992 Summer Olympics. He became only the second Israeli sportsperson to win an Olympic medal, only one day after Yael Arad became the first.
