OpenView Venture Partners is an American venture capital firm based in Boston. The organization provides expansion-stage software and technology companies around the world with operational support.[1][2] They have launched three funds since the company was established in 2006.[3] Scott Maxwell founded the firm. The firm's venture partners include Firas Raouf and George Roberts, former EVP of North American Sales at Oracle.

OpenView provides capital to a range of dynamic companies, including AtTask, Balihoo, Central Desktop, Exinda, Intronis, Instructure, Kareo[4], Loyalty Lab (acquired by Tibco), Mashery, Monetate, NextDocs, Open-e, Prognosis Health Information Systems, Reality Digital, Skytap, Sonian, UnboundID, uSamp, VersionOne, and Zmags.[5] The firm announced its third fund totaling $200 million in March 2012,[6][7] and was recently named one of the top 10 venture capital brands by Heardable.[8]

OpenView Venture Partners also employs a wide network of senior advisors including Jeff Sutherland among others.
