Ontario Highway 109 is no longer extant.

Historically, the '109' designator had been used for two separate, unrelated Ontario roads:

From 1953-1954, Eglinton Avenue as a connecting link in Scarborough, Ontario from Victoria Park Avenue to Kingston Road (Toronto) near Scarborough Golf Club Road.

From 1958-1964, Ontario Highway 121 from Paudash, Ontario to Monck Road near Cardiff, Ontario.
