Olgiate Olona is a town and comune located in the province of Varese, in the Lombardy region of northern Italy. The town is bathed by the river Olona. The nearest city to Olgiate Olona is Busto Arsizio is which is 3 km far.

The town of Olgiate Olona is divided into three "districts": Centro (the Center), Gerbone and Buon Gesù. Each district has an elementary school and a church with its adjoining oratory. The "Center" is the oldest neighborhood and is home to the headquarters of the Municipality, the Municipal Library, the Middle School and the historic Villa Greppi-Gonzaga.
