Oleksiy Kazakov (Ukrainian: Олексій Олегович Казаков, born 22 February 1990 in Mariupol, Donetsk Oblast, Ukrainian SSR) is a professional Ukrainian football goalkeeper who plays for Vorskla Poltava in the Ukrainian Premier League.

He isn't product of any sportive school and only played for amateur teams, before signed contract with FC Vorskla in February 2010.^[1]

He made his début in playing for Vorskla Poltava in Ukrainian Premier League on match against Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih on 4 March 2012.^[2]
