Oleksandr Hvozdyk (Ukrainian: Олександр Гвоздик; born on 15 April 1987 in Kharkiv, Ukrainian SSR, USSR) is a Ukrainian amateur boxer who won Light heavyweight Bronze at the 2012 Olympics.

At the 2009 World Amateur Boxing Championships(results) he beat two opponents before being edged out by Rene Krause.

At the 2011 World Amateur Boxing Championships(results) he beat three fighters before falling to star Egor Mekhontsev (RUS). He qualified for the Olympics.

At the 2012 Summer Olympics (results) he won against Belarussian Mikhail Dauhaliavets 18-10, Nicaraguan Osmar Bravo 18-6, Algerian Abdelhafid Benchabla 19-17 and controversisally lost to Kazakh Adilbek Niyazymbetov countback. He won Bronze.
