Observational comedy

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Observational comedy is a form of humor based on the commonplace aspects of everyday life. It is the most common type of humor used in stand-up comedy, although it is present in other media, such as film and television.[1] The humor is based on the premise of "It's funny because it's true."[2]
