Nyklovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Žďár nad Sázavou District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 3.33 square kilometres (1.29 sq mi), and has a population of 155 (as at 3 July 2006).
Nyklovice lies approximately 29 kilometres (18 mi) east of Žďár nad Sázavou, 59 km (37 mi) north-east of Jihlava, and 148 km (92 mi) east of Prague.
