Nurlan Sairanuly Orazbayev (Kazakh: Нұрлан Сайранұлы Оразбаев; born June 5, 1968) is a former Kazakhstani professional ice hockey player, who played for Avtomobilist Karagandy and Bulat Temirtau. Orazbayev is the currently the president of KHL team Barys Astana. Also, he was the general manager of Kazakhstan men's national ice hockey team between 2010 and 2012
