Nowica [nɔˈvit͡sa] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Wilczęta, within Braniewo County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 6 kilometres (4 mi) north-west of Wilczęta, 23 km (14 mi) south of Braniewo, and 64 km (40 mi) north-west of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
The village has a population of 206.
