North Zealand (Danish:Nordsjælland) is identical to the north-eastern part of Zealand in Denmark. The region comprise these municipalities:

Allerød Kommune
Egedal Kommune
Fredensborg Kommune
Frederikssund Kommune
Furesø Kommune
Gribskov Kommune
Helsingør Kommune
Hillerød Kommune
Hørsholm Kommune
Lyngby-Taarbæk Kommune
Rudersdal Kommune

North Zealand is known for its beautiful countryside and many attractions like the Kronborg Castle in Elsinore, well known from Hamlet by William Shakespeare, several large lakes and the forest of Gribskov.
