Noriyuki Kanzaki (神崎 範之 Kanzaki Noriyuki, born December 12, 1982 in Nagoya, Japan) is a Japanese figure skater. He placed fourth at the 2007 Japanese national championships, and won the silver medal at the 2005 Nebelhorn Trophy.
