Norheimsund

Norheimsund.

Norheimsund is the municipal administrative centre of Kvam, Norway. The village is located on the northern side of the Hardangerfjord, about 80 kilometres (50 mi) from Bergen. The waterfall Steinsdalsfossen, as of 2006 the 6th most visited natural tourist attraction in Norway,[1] is located near Norheimsund. In 2007, Norheimsund had a population of 2,053. Norheimsund does not have its own secondary school.[2]
