Hockey Club Nomad (Kazakh: Номад хоккей клубы), commonly referred as Nomad Astana,[1][2] is the farm team of Barys Astana. They were founded in 2008 as Barys Astana-2. The team compete in the Kazakhstan Hockey Championship, the top level of ice hockey in Kazakhstan. In 2013, the team renamed to Nomad.[3]
