Nobiru Station

Nobiru Station (野蒜駅 Nobiru-eki) is a JR East railway station located in Higashi-Matsushima, Miyagi, Japan.

Line

As of September 1, 2011, the operation of the Senseki Line between Takagimachi Station and Yamoto Station is suspended due to the damage from the tsunami on March 11, 2011. Substitution bus services are available.[1]

  • October 23, 1931: Station is renamed Tōhoku Suma Station
  • May 1, 1944: Station is renamed Nobiru Station
  • March 11, 2011: Tsunami damages the station
