Noémie Happart (born June 1, 1993) is a Belgian beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Belgium 2013 in the Grand Finale of Miss Belgium 2013 at the Casino Van Knokkein in Knokke-Heist on Sunday night of 6 January 2013.[1] She represented her country at Miss Universe 2013.

Early life

Noemie Happart’s birthdate is 1 June 1993. She is 19 year old. Her hometown is Grâce-Hollogne. Noemie knows English, Dutch and French languages. She is a first year student of Medicine at the Liege University. She likes photography, travel, dance and her studies. Happart Noemie has also won the Miss Liège 2013 title.

Miss Belgium 2013

Miss Liège, Noemie Happart has been crowned Miss Belgium 2013 by Laura Beyne (Miss Belgium 2012 Winner) at the grand finale of Miss Belgium 2013 at the Casino Van Knokkein in Knokke-Heist on Sunday night of 6 January 2013 and also live televised on AB3 and MENT TV.[2]
