Nisha Aggarwal (hindi - निशा अग्रवाल ) is an Indian film actress who appears in Telugu and Tamil films. She debuted in the Telugu film Emaindi Ee Vela in 2010.[2]

Early life

She was born in Mumbai, India to Suman Aggarwal and Vinay Aggarwal. She is the younger sister of actress, Kajal Aggarwal.[3] Her native language is Punjabi.[1] She finished her studies in Mumbai and started modelling while still in college.[citation needed] She was interning in a company and was planning to do MBA before she decided to pursue acting.[4]

Career

In late 2010, Kajal Aggarwal announced that Nisha would make her acting debut in Telugu films.[5] Nisha's first film was a romantic drama, Yemaindi Ee Vela alongside Varun Sandesh of Happy Days fame. Her performance was praised by critics.[6] Her next film was Solo, which released in late 2011, where she played a medical college student.

She made her debut in Tamil with the film Ishtam (2012), a remake of Yemaindi Ee Vela, alongside upcoming actor Vimal. She later appeared in 2013 opposite Aadi in Sukumarudu. She is currently acting in two Telugu films, Saradaga Ammayitho and DK Bose.
