Nikolaj Markussen (born 1 August 1988 in Helsinge)[2] is a Danish handballer who plays for Skjern Håndbold in Denmark. He is also European Champion with the Danish national team, after winning the 2012 Championship in Serbia, defeating the host nation in the final, 2119.
