Nikola Rađen (Serbian Cyrillic: Никола Рађен, pronounced [nǐkɔla râd͡ʑɛn]) (born January 29, 1985 in Novi Sad, SFR Yugoslavia) is an Serbian water polo player. He was a member of the Serbia men's national water polo team at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. He won with Serbia the 2009 World Championship as well as the 2012 Eindhoven European Championship. In 2011 Rađen won the LEN Euroleague with his former club Partizan Raiffeisen.

2011–12 season
On 6 February in the twelfth match day of the men's Greek League, Rađen scored a goal in a routine 16–7 away win over NC Kalamaki.[1] Rađen scored a goal on 18 February against Panionios, in the fifteenth match day in the Men's Greek League.

National career
2012 Eindhoven
On 16 January, at the European Championship Rađen scored in the first game two goals in a 8–5 win against Spain. After next two games without goals, on 21 January in the fourth match, Rađen scored his third goal of the tournament for his national team in a routine victory against Romania 14–5. Nikola Rađen won the 2012 European Championship on 29 January. He scored a goal in the final against Montenegro which his national team won by 9–8.[2] This was his first gold medal at the European Championships.
