Nieul (Occitan: Nuèlh) is a commune in the Haute-Vienne department in the Limousin region in west-central France.
Inhabitants are known as Nieulois.
Communication
At Nieul, there is a mediumwave broadcasting station, which works on 792 kHz with 300 kW. It uses asantenna a 90 metres tall mast radiator insulated against ground.
