Nišovice is a village and municipality (obec) in Strakonice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 6.25 square kilometres (2.41 sq mi), and has a population of 220 (as at 2005).
Nišovice lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) south of Strakonice, 47 km (29 mi) north-west of České Budějovice, and 111 km (69 mi) south of Prague.
