Nghi Lộc is a rural district of Nghe An province in the North Central Coastal region of Vietnam. As of 2003 the district had a population of 214,209.[1] The district covers an area of 369 km². The district capital lies at Quan Hanh.[1]
Modern Nghi Diên village is the site of the old Xã Đoài Catholic Grand Seminary, and of the Xã Đoài orange.
