Neyla Chiquinquirá Moronta Sangronis is a pageant titleholder, was born in Cabimas, Zulia, Venezuela on October 31, 1953. She is the Miss Venezuela titleholder for 1974, and was the official representative of Venezuela to the Miss Universe 1974 pageant held in Manila, Philippines, on July 19, 1974.[1]
