Neustadt (Wied) or Neustadt an der Wied is a village in the district of Neuwied, in Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. It is situated in the Westerwald, south-east of Bonn. It is part of the Verbandsgemeinde ("collective municipality") Asbach (Westerwald).
