Netherlands Coastguard

The Netherlands Coastguard (Dutch: Nederlandse Kustwacht) is a national organisation responsible for various services along the Netherlands' coast line (mainly search and rescue services).

The Netherlands Coastguard Service carries out various duties for seven governmental ministries.[1] The Royal Netherlands Navy is responsible for operational command of the Netherlands Coastguard Service.[1]
