Due to the IOC's withdrawal of the Netherlands Antilles Olympic Committee charter, athletes from the Netherlands Antilles competed under the Pan American Sports Organization flag.[1]

Athletes from the former Netherlands Antilles competed at the 2011 Pan American Games in Guadalajara, Mexico from October 14 to 30, 2011, about 1 year after the dissolution of the country. Hubert Isenia was the Chef de mission of the team.[3] The team consisted of eleven athletes in six sports.[2]
