NetLogic Microsystems, Inc. is a fabless semiconductor company that sells networking processors and integrated circuits.

In June 2009, NetLogic acquired RMI Corporation for $183.4 million in stock.

On September 12, 2011, Broadcom announced it would acquire NetLogic for $3.7 billion (a 57% premium on its previous closing price).[1]
