Nescatunga is a census-designated place (CDP) in Alfalfa County, Oklahoma, United States. The population was 70 at the 2010 census.[3]
Geography
Nescatunga is located at 36°45′11″N 98°09′10″W / 36.75306°N 98.15278°W in eastern Alfalfa County. It is near the outlet of the Great Salt Plains Reservoir on the Salt Fork Arkansas River and is adjacent to Great Salt Plains State Park. Oklahoma State Highway 38 runs through the center of the community, leading south 10 miles (16 km) to Jet, the nearest incorporated town.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 0.23 square miles (0.6 km2), all of it land.[3]
