Neftçala (also, Neftechala, Neftchala) is a city in and the capital of the Neftchala Rayon of Azerbaijan. In the city, there is palace of culture, regional study museum and gallery museum.[2]
Etymology
The city is name of Azerbaijani origin, meaning oil trench.[3]
