Nazih Halim Elasmar(Arabic: نزيه حليم الأسمر) (born 16 April 1953 in Beirut, Lebanon), is an Australian politician, and a sitting member of the Victorian Legislative Council for the Australian Labor Party.

In 2006 Victorian state elections, Elasmar was elected to the Northern Metropolitan Region. He was previously the mayor of the City of Darebin in 1997.

Elasmar is married with three children. He is a cousin of Sami Mazloum, the Managing Director of Australia's first pizzeria, Toto's Pizza House in Lygon Street, Carlton. Toto's Pizza House was opened in 1961, and has been operated by the Mazloum family since 1983.
