Nastola is a municipality of Finland.

It is located in the province of Southern Finland and is part of the Päijänne Tavastia region. The municipality has a population of 15,066 (31 January 2014)[2] and covers an area of 362.86 square kilometres (140.10 sq mi) of which 38.67 km2 (14.93 sq mi) is water.[1] The population density is 46.47 inhabitants per square kilometre (120.4 /sq mi). Nastola is located between two major cities: Lahti and Kouvola.

The municipality is unilingually Finnish.
