Nasiruddin Wahid

Nasiruddin Wahid is a Bahrain-based NRI (Non-Resident Indian), who is the Chairman of India's East-West Group.[1] Wahid was one of the promoters of the now defunct East-West Airlines, which was once one of the leading domestic aircraft carriers of India. As recently as 2003, there had been media reports that Wahid was in talks to start East-West's operations again. Nasiruddin Wahid is also the brother of the late Thakiyudeen Wahid, the assassinated East-West Managing Director.
