Nandamuri Harikrishna (born 2 September 1956 in Nimmakuru, Andhra Pradesh, India) is a politician who has also acted in Telugu movies.

He is the son of the founder of Telugu Desam Party, Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao. In 2008 he was a candidate of the Telugu Desam Party for election to Rajya Sabha.[1] Janaki Ram, Kalyan Ram and Jr. NTR are his sons and Suhasini is his daughter. Jr. NTR & Kalyan Ram are also actors in the Telugu industry.

Film career

Harikrishna made his acting debut as a child artist in Sri Krishnavataram[2] as Bala Krishna in 1964 directed by Kamalakara Kameshwara Rao. He then starred in Talla Pellamma (1970) which was followed by Tatamma Kala (1974), Daana Veera Shura Karna (1977) and Siva Rama Raju (2002). His notable film is Seetayya (2002) directed by YVS Chowdary.
