Nana Gelbakhiani is a Russian football defender, currently playing for FK Donchanka in the Russian Championship.

She started her career in the early 90s in FK Kaluzhanka, where she spent seven seasons until the club was disbanded in 1999. She then signed for Energiya Voronezh, which she left in 2002 for Lada Togliatti.[1] There she won the 2004 championship and cup, and she made her UEFA Women's Cup debut in the 2005–06 season.[2] In 2007 she moved to SKA Rostov, where she spent two seasons before returning to Lada Togliatti in 2009. Lada was disbanded that same year, and Gelbakhiani returned to Energiya Voronezh. After Energiya also withdrew from the championship in 2012 she signed for newly promoted team FK Donchanka.[3]
