Najeeb Haroon (Urdu: ﻧﺠﻴﺐ ﮨﺎﺭﻭﻥ) (1 January 1948), is a senior politician and a civil engineer who co-founded and is currently serving as the Senior Vice-President of the Pakistan Movement of Justice (PTI)[1] led by the sportsman-turned statesman Imran Khan. Haroon had previously served as a full-time employee in Pakistan International Airlines as a sales assistant while studying at NED University of Engineering and Technology where he pursed a BS degree in civil engineering. Apart from Khan he is the one of only two of the founding fathers who are still part of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.[2] He was also the candidate for chairman of Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). He was also the president of the Karachi Division from 1996 to 2000, vice-president of PTI Sindh from 2000 to 2001 and general secretary of PTI Sindh from 2001 to 2003 of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.[3] He went to the United States to pursue an asters degree in civil engineering. Najeeb Haroon formed a construction contracting corporation.
