Naif Abu-Sharah

Naif Abu Sharah (1966 – 29 June 2004)[1] (Arabic: نائف أبو شارة) was the local commander of Fatah's al-Aqsa Martyrs' Brigades in Nablus. He was killed in an operation organized by the Israeli Defence Force in the old city of Nablus in 2004 along with two other Palestinians.[2]

Biography

Born in 1966 Abu Sharab commanded the Fatah-linked al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades Nablus.[1] The group was very active in the second or al-Aqsa Intifada started in 2000. Abu Sharab was allegedly one of the key players in the Tanzim terrorist infrastructure.[1]
