Nadějkov is a village and municipality (obec) in Tábor District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 24.09 square kilometres (9.30 sq mi), and has a population of 736 (as at 28 August 2006).

Nadějkov lies approximately 17 kilometres (11 mi) north-west of Tábor, 60 km (37 mi) north of České Budějovice, and 65 km (40 mi) south of Prague.

Nadějkov was first mentioned in 1373.
