Founded in 1978, NTR plc (formerly an acronym for "National Toll Roads") has a strong track record in developing and operating infrastructure in Ireland and internationally. Today, NTR plc is a leading investor in renewable energy.
NTR holds interests in Celtic Anglian Water, Greenstar Recycling, and in major infrastructural providers of roads through National Toll Roads. NTR owns 97.2% of Wind Capital Group of St. Louis, Missouri, a Wind Energy developer that operates 350MW of wind energy assets.
NTR is an Irish public limited company. Its shares are not listed on any stock exchange but can be traded on the grey market via the company's stockbrokers, Davy Stockbrokers, Goodbody and NCB Stockbrokers.
