The Delicate (Mythimna vitellina) is a moth of the family Noctuidae. It is distributed throughout South and the southern part of Eastern Europe. It is also found in North Africa, the Near East and Middle East, centraal Asia and western China.
The wingspan is 36–43 mm. The length of the forewings varies from 12 to 14 mm.
The flight season is recorded in August and October, but also sometimes earlier in the season. .
The moth feeds on various grasses.[1]
