Mutěnice is a village and municipality (obec) in Strakonice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 2.28 square kilometres (0.88 sq mi), and has a population of 203 (as at 3 July 2006).
Mutěnice lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) south-west of Strakonice, 52 km (32 mi) north-west of České Budějovice, and 102 km (63 mi) south of Prague.
