Musikot Khalanga is a village development committee and seat of Rukum District in the Rapti Zone of western Nepal. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 7279 people living in 1474 individual households.[1]

To Promote local culture Musikot Khalanga has one FM radio station Radio Sani Bheri F.M - 89.2 MHz Which is a Community radio Station.
