Murski Petrovci (Hungarian: Murapetrócz,[2] Prekmurje dialect: Mürski Petrovci[citation needed] or Mörski Petrovci,[citation needed] German: Petersdorf[citation needed]) is a village in the Municipality of Tišina in the Prekmurje region of northeastern Slovenia, next to the border with Austria.[3]
The writer, poet, translator, and journalist Imre Augustich was born in Murski Petrovci.
