Munich Innovation Group was founded in 2011 by two former private equity investors/investment bankers and two PhD of the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich that were doing research in the intellectual property field. The company offers IP licensing management, patent transactions and IP advisory services.
Academic cooperations and research projects
Munich Innovation Group cooperates closely with the University of Trier and the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich. Together with the Technische Universität München the company conducts various research projects including the "Chinese Champions" study in 2012.[1]
