Mulgrave is a station on the Richmond railway line. It serves a sparsely populated rural area. Mulgrave station has an island platform with a level crossing that provides Easy Access for wheelchairs.

The crossing loop at Mulgrave is the main reason for the existence of this station. The crossing loop is only just longer than the length of the platforms which precluded 'simultaneous arrivals'. More recently, catchpoints have been provided which allow for simultaneous arrivals for left hand running.
