Mrzli Vrh (pronounced [ˈmərzli ˈvərx]) is a small dispersed settlement in the hills west of Žiri in the Upper Carniola region of Slovenia.[2]
It is a continuation of the settlement of Mrzli Vrh in the neighbouring Municipality of Idrija.
