Mrozy Wielkie [ˈmrɔzɨ ˈvjɛlkʲɛ] (German: Groß Mrosen (1929-38: Mrossen; 1938-45:Schönhorst)) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Ełk, within Ełk County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) east of Ełk and 128 km (80 mi) east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (East Prussia).
